Fill out the paperwork (if needed), scan in with your computer (or take a photo - must be legible) and then follow the instructions below.  You can do this via your cell phone as well steps may slightly vary.

 * If you have registered already but not uploaded your documents, please start at Step 1.
* If you have not registered yet, during registration you can start at Step 4.

(1) Login to your account using the Login button on the top right of the site

(2) Make sure you have "My Account" selected on the left-hand side menu

(3) Click on the edit icon next to the Participant's Name

(4) Select the + button next to the document that you would like to upload

(5) Click Choose file and browse to the file

(6) Click Upload Document

(7) Scroll to the bottom of the player information and click Save.

* Repeat these steps for any registered players. *
